All prices are good for sizes up to 10.5. Larger sizes will incur an additional materials or labor fee.
I do my best to keep my prices up to date. However, there is just one of me and due to a volatile metal market, occasionally there may be a surcharge for some alloys or a discrepancy between what seems to be the same product. I apologize for any confusion this may cause, but the metal market is its own beast and has no regard for reason. I am at its mercy.
It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. I will accept returns or exchanges of in-stock earrings and necklaces provided that the item is unworn and in its original condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For refunds, a 3% restocking fee applies. I must be contacted prior to shipping item in order to receive a refund or exchange. Items returned after the 14 day window can be exchanged only. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days. Refunds for items that are cancelled before shipping will incur a 3% credit card transaction fee.
Please note that custom orders, including all rings, unless otherwise noted, are made to order just for you and therefore they are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, I will do my very best to make sure you are satisfied with your bespoke item, so please contact me with any issues.
I ship all items USPS unless otherwise stated. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me. I do offer expedited and rush shipping on most items for a fee. Please feel free to contact me with questions. Shipping charges include a gift box and tracking is included with all purchases.
Correct sizing is the responsibility of the buyer – but I want to help! For more info about getting making sure your ring size is correct, please check out my fittings and resizing page and this article
For all wedding jewelry, I offer a full warranty on defects in construction for the life of the ring. Please be aware this does not include damage caused by injury to the ring such as: scratches, tarnish, dings, nicks and normal wear and tear. All of these will happen to all rings over time and vary depending on the alloy you choose and each person’s body chemistry and lifestyle.
Certain stones carry their own warranty and so those will be honored by the specific vendor that makes the stone. However, I am happy to help you navigate that process.
Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and statement rings include a one year warranty on defects in craftmanship.
A note on wear:
Earrings and necklaces with oxidization that comes directly in contact with skin will mellow and burnish with time. This is normal and varies depending on the design and how it is worn. Designs with a mix of silver and oxidized finishes perform best when kept in a sealed container when not worn.
Many of my rings have clean flat surfaces. Wide bands especially have a large surface area of plain metal. Scratches and burnish spots are part of normal wear and tear and will happen over time. However, these types of natural imperfections are more noticeable on rings with simple, non-decorative and brushed finishes. The first few can be alarming, but over time as the ring wears evenly, they all blend together and almost create their own finish. This can take from a few months up to a year, but after that, they are pretty much unnoticeable.
It may feel upsetting that this new thing you received and looked perfect is showing wear, but there is really no metal that won’t do this with this type of design. It is just the nature of wearing something on your hand every day.
One option for masking these marks is to polish the ring. The polish makes the ring so reflective, the little wear marks are much less noticeable. Polish is available for a fee and can be done at the time of purchase or later if you decide it is for you.
These same markings are also masked more on rings with more complex surfaces such as faceted bands, crenelated bands, fallen branches rings and thinner bands, though every design will show wear over time based on individual behavior and body chemistry.
